A renowned South African media personality and entertainer has been murdered in the metropolis of Johannesburg, causing national outrage across a nation battling persistent crime.
Warrick Stock, popularly known as DJ Warras, was attacked in the downtown area on a Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the 40-year-old presenter was accosted by a trio of assailants, with one shot at him before escaping on foot.
